Good afternoon, Luna parents,

We’re getting ready for our Teacher Appreciation Week, happening May 5–9, and we’d love your help in showing our incredible teachers and staff just how much they mean to us!

As part of the tradition, VIP will be hosting a breakfast for the teachers and providing treats and drinks throughout the week.

We would greatly appreciate any donations of the following items to help make this week extra special:
• Breakfast items (pastries, bagels, fruit, etc.)
• Snacks or sweet treats
• Drinks (coffee, tea, juice, bottled water)

We will send out a Sign-Up Genius link to everyone in the next few days so be on the lookout for it.

If your family is interested in hosting a breakfast or lunch on any of the days, please let us know! We’ll make sure to coordinate so each day is covered. If you'd like to partner with another parent to host, we’d be happy to connect you, we have a family that is willing to partner up with anyone if interested.

Below are the days that are already covered by CMO, and VIP. If there's another date that works for you, please reach out and we’ll help coordinate.

Good afternoon VIP. Please be advised that we will be postponing our VIP meeting to next Thursday, September 19 at 6 PM in the secondary library. we apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused to anyone’s schedule, but we look forward to seeing you next week at our meeting.

Also, please be out on the lookout for additional events on this upcoming newsletter for next week. We will be having our tortilla making class next Tuesday at 4:30 PM in the Primary café. All parents and scholars are invited to attend.

Les informamos que pospondremos nuestra reunión VIP para el próximo jueves 19 de septiembre a las 6:00 p. m. en la biblioteca de secundaria. Pedimos disculpas por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda haber causado en el horario de cualquiera, pero esperamos verlos la próxima semana en nuestra reunión.

Good afternoon everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day. This Friday we are having bingo with grandparents and we are asking for help from our awesome VIP parents. There will be an opportunity to volunteer at 8:30 am for decorations and from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm for bingo. We need 8 volunteers for the morning and 5 for the afternoon. Send me a message if you would like to help. Thank so much!

Buenas tardes a todos! Esperamos que todos hagan tenido un excelente día del trabajo. Este viernes tendremos el evento de bingo con abuelitos. Estamos pidiendo ayuda de nuestros queridos papás VIP. Habrá oportunidad para ayudar en la mañana para decorar y en la tarde para el evento. Necesitamos 8 voluntarios en la mañana a las 8:30 am y 5 voluntarios de 12:30 pm a 3:30pm. This morning VIP provided a goodie bag and bagels to our new teachers as welcome to the Luna family.

In honor of Family Appreciation Week, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support and involvement. Your dedication and enthusiasm truly make a difference in our scholars' lives and enhance our school community. We are so thankful for the partnership we share and are excited for the many more wonderful moments we'll experience together. Thank you for being such an essential part of Luna Primary!
