Why am I the one to help you? First let me introduce myself. I’m Sonya J. Now, that’s the formal stuff.

Wells, trans-formational life coach and speaker. If you are asking, who I am then that depends on who you talk to. My husband would say “my crazy, funny and supportive wife.” My children would say “my insightful, straightforward, loving mom.” And my clients…well, it depends on what day you ask because in the beginning, change is difficult, so they may not be excited or even positive but they will

say she pushed me to deal with my stuff. But my experience over the past 20 years of ministering, coaching and mentoring women has taught me that a lil push, maybe a kick toward purpose is what is needed to make real, lasting change in our lives. I care that much about people. I want to see you succeed, overcome and soar. I am compassionate and confrontational when it comes to helping you change your life. My professional experience is both in corporate and ministry setting. I have worked as Project Manager, Executive Assistant and Office Manager in both corporate and ministry settings.I have been both Pastor and Chief Prophet in various local churches and also functioned as a Certified Lay Counselor and the Director of Deliverance Ministry Department. In short, my whole adult life has been spent on helping others live in freedom and in wholeness. And I want to help you do the same.

We’re just days away from the HeartSpaces Wellness & Lifestyle Brunch on October 26th, and I’m still putting the final touches on everything to make our time together is truly unforgettable. I’m getting so excited because the energy that comes when women gather is just different. 🙌🏽 Whew Chilleee!!!

I can already feel that there will be answers in the room, waiting to be discovered. Whether it’s through a conversation, an unexpected connection, or just the magic of being in a space filled with purpose-driven women, I know something special is going to happen. I just feel it! Im nervous and my heart is racing, and my stomach is filled with butterflies!💫

I can’t wait to share the day with you. Let’s come together, celebrate, and create moments that will leave us inspired long after the event. The event if officially SOLD OUT and im ecstatic. It's truly ALL GOD!

Intimate conversation…

Woowee…never ever will I say I’ve got it all together but what I can say is I’m grateful for always having the conviction of the Holy Spirit that kept me and brought me to repentance. One thing is this, I fear God and playing with His people and using His name to deceive and abuse them is something I pray I’m never found guilty of.

As I embark upon a new season of servant hood for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ it is clear to me that what I experienced the last 5 years was so necessary. In light of what I see out here not everything, but it truly is disturbing what we are call ministry. People are hosting conferences that are nothing more than fund raisers, yes I said it. Souls, broken people are so desperate for healing, deliverance and a word from God that they run to what is familiar and major leaders prey on them by bring in the notable not the anointed who have messages that are not from God. Heresy is what they are teaching, if you don’t know the word you to be subject to deception.

I can’t even explain what I sense in my spirit when I just hear the sound of their voice…it’s demonic.

So many scripture come to mine…one in particular is Jeremiah. God reminded me of this for this new season because of the assignment.

“And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands. Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them. For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land. And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.”
