The EISD School Board has named Don Drake as the new Athletic Director for the district. Drake has been the Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach for McKinney Boyd High School since 2006.

“Our family is extremely excited about joining the Ennis community”, Drake said. “We have grown to understand more and more through this process just how special a place Ennis is and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve in a community that is filled with such pride over the successes of its young people.”

Drake will begin his work at EISD on May 20th.
