During the next two weeks I will be hosting a freestyle swim clinic at Baylor Tom Landry cente . This clinic is great for kids who know freestyle but would like to swim more efficiently. We'll be going over how to prevent swimmers shoulder, proper positioning in the water, streamlines, breath control, flip turns, dive starts, pulls and recoveries. I will also go over several workouts that you can do on your own that will help strengthen your freestyle. There are a total of 3 one hour classes per session with a maximum of 6 people, allowing for plenty of one-on-one attention. Below are the days and times for the two upcoming freestyle swim clinics. If you cannot make either one or they fill to capacity, I will have a schedule posted on my news page soon of other clinics I plan to do this summer.
