Travis Student Zoe Edge Wins Big at National Cheer Competition in Orlando!
8th Grader Zoe Edge’s competitive cheer team the Mustang Cheer Broncos won 1st place in their division and Grand Champion (highest score) of the entire 56 team 2 day competition in Orlando, FL.

Travis 7th graders Brooke Cassity and Will Holbrook who run track with JL Long Middle School advanced to city championship. Middle school JL Long girls finished city in third place. Brooke medaled in 200 meter (third place) and 4x400 (second place).

Travis Student Chloe Brown is the Dallas City/DISD Long Jump Champion!
Chloe participated in Track and Field for the first time this year at her feeder school Robert T Hill Middle School and performed well beyond her own expectations. The jump that won her the City Champion Title was 14' 11" outperforming the nearest competitor by more than 3 inches. The city of Dallas awarded her a Championship Ring for her accomplishments and she was also named the track teams MVP by her peers.
Chloe achieved this while attending one of the most academically challenging schools in DISD maintaining an overall average of 98.625 for her last semester.
Chloe Brown is the City of Dallas Long Jump Champion for 2022 (Best Middle Schooler in the City/County).
Chloe’s parents have watched their daughter blossom as a scholar, improve her social skills, and establish a strong foundation for excellence in all that she pursues during her time at Travis TAG.

Travis 7th Grade Girls Rowing Crew Heading to Nationals!
Congratulations to our 7th grade U15 girls’ rowing crew - they placed 2nd at the Regional competition in Oklahoma City this weekend and are headed to Sarasota, Florida for the national championship in June!
