This is so precious to me. Gifting is such an important part of our culture. Sometimes we do well and sometimes we do amazing. I want to share a gift from Cathy Lopez. It has 3 special meanings to me. First somehow, someway she knew I was a hummingbird person, second, I love to sew but have wanted but never learned how to embroider and last, about a year ago I started carrying handkerchiefs like father use to use for his allergies. My nose gets raw using paper tissues because they put chemicals or something that aggravates my skin so my nose starts to get red and sore. Lookie lookie lookie..Cathy Lopez did the amazing. First photo is my pretty handkerchief the second is my everyday boring handkies that need to be ironed but I am too lazy. Problem is I can never blow my nose on this beautiful artwork, but sometimes I may dry my tears of sadness and laughter with this special gift. Thank you again Cathy!!!
