If I am your teacher/coach, then we immediately become team members.

If my student(s) fails, then I fail.

HOWEVER.

Just because we fail, that doesn’t mean we give up. We go back and reevaluate, reassess, and reanalyze what went wrong. Once we find out where things went wrong, we readjust and get back out there and TRY AGAIN.

If your coach, teacher, tutor, professor or instructor doesn’t do this then you need a new one ASAP.
