This year, Education PowerED 501c3 partnered with  FOUNDATION - Grow Small Business Residency Program, designed to help women-led businesses grow with clarity, strategy, and CEO-level confidence.

Through this partnership, we supported six women-led small businesses by:

✨ Conducting monthly equity-centered surveys
✨ Building a community-focused data system
✨ Providing real-time insights to program leadership
✨ Tracking founder growth and strategic shifts over time

This work is strengthening how underrepresented founders access support, make decisions, and build sustainable community organizations and businesses — and your gift helps us expand this impact in 2026.
