Its never too late to start a new Routine. Get in shape.
All you need to do is first decide you want it.
Really.
So whatās next?
1. Start with your favorite workout. All you need is 20 to 30 minutes a day minimum.šŖ
2. Eat healthy and clean, and drink water. Trust me, it will have an impact on your mood, your skin and hair will look and feel healthier, and working out will become easier faster.
3. Commit- it will take a few days to adjust, but soon enough youāll see result and youāll get hooked. It will be tough to quit.
4. Keep the routing going. Even if you skip a workout, or eat pizza and ice cream, it doesn't mean you failed. It is more then ok to ātake a breakā, but just don't forget to get back on track to your routing the next day .š
