"Strong teams build strong school communities."

This morning, our staff took time to invest in each other! We revisited our pre-school Enneagram assessment results with a lively team activity—charging each personality type group with a lighthearted generalization and letting them set the record straight.

Seeing our teachers laugh together, connect on a deeper level, and appreciate what each personality brings to LFC was the absolute best start to the day. When our staff is connected, our whole campus levels up!

Part 2 is here! 🎥✨

Why do our teachers love LFC?

Our staff goes above and beyond every day to make LFC a supportive, positive place to learn. We love our Eagles!

Building relationships, driving excellence, and serving others, that’s the Coach Menendez way!

Huge congratulations to Coach Enrique Menendez on his nomination for the PTSA Citizenship Award! In the award it says,

"From his leadership as Head Girls Wrestling Coach to working student lunches and stepping up whenever needed without hesitation, Coach Menendez pours his heart into our campus. He holds our Eagles to high standards while giving them the support they need to succeed."

Thank you for always going above and beyond for LFC Coach!

250 students, ice cream treats, and pure fun!

Today during Connections, we hosted our very first Minga Party to celebrate our top 250 Minga point earners! These Eagles have been going above and beyond on campus, demonstrating positive leadership, and making LFC a great place to be every single day.

Students got to hang out, challenge each other to games, and cool off with ice cream sandwiches and popsicles. We are SO proud of these leaders! Keep earning those points. Eagles who’s coming to the next one?

We loved having our Allen High School WINGS on campus today during Connections!

Building strong connections and mentorship between upperclassmen and our freshmen is what makes our Eagle community so special. Our 9th graders had an amazing time engaging, answering questions, and getting to know student leaders who were in their shoes not too long ago.

Huge thank you to AHS WINGS for pouring into our LFC family today!
