The many distractions of our chaotic existence lead us away from ourselves. Each day spend some quiet time in reflection. Look inward. The essence of who you are resides there, in the silence.

With Dojang (School) founder Teacher, Grandmaster Hwa Song Choe. I remember, after the death of a sixteen year old girl who had been physically attacked, when I told him I wanted to be an instructor. He replied that..."Instructor position not easy." In my youthful innocence I replied... "I know, Sir." Eventually I discovered what he said was true, and how totally clueless I was in the beginning.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, Song Choe College of Tae Kwon Do is no longer located at 3620 W Pioneer Drive, Suite 117, in Irving.
