IHS Staff Knight of the Week:
Kim is an amazing testing coordinator! She does so much behind-the-scenes work that each test administration goes smoothly every time. It may appear to be effortless, but in fact, it requires so much effort with several moving parts. She is so proficient and efficient in her job role that our school benefits from this. Her level of organization and problem-solving is excellent and gold star worthy. Her ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate is admirable. She makes sure that every student is taken care of and has whatever they may need on testing day. If there is ever a question or concern, she is always willing to listen and help. Her calm leadership makes for a positive testing experience for our staff. Mrs. Colon is so deserving of this honor because her role directly impacts our entire HIME community.
