Kennedy Mighty Rockets Class of 2020, you are in the hearts and minds of all the alumni that have walked the halls of Kennedy High before you.
We know it’s hard to look forward especially now. We have never experienced what you are going through today. Prom, senior week and graduation are the touchstones of Senior life. It’s hard to imagine what our lives would be like today without these special moments.
Remember your friends, your teachers and your administrators who helped make and shape your high school experience. These few months of not being together will pass. Through the years, you’ll know just how special the moments were when you were together.
Each of you will make your own path in life. You have to believe these days will make you stronger and smarter than us. You are the class of 2020 and your vision of how to shape the world going forward will come clearly into focus by what you experience today. Learn from this time and you will change the world in ways we couldn’t and haven’t.
