Hello Group!

As many of you know the Smugmug group has been quite lately. Well I want to try and get it going again this year. I currently have a full time job, my photography business, and a new business venture. So I could really use some help. I am looking someone interested in leading the group that has time to find places to go shoot and run the meetings. I would still like to be a part of the organization in a Co-leadership roll. I think I already have a place to have the meetings at a studio. So this might not be as hard as it sounds.

Since the Dallas SmugMug Group is all about its members, this month is going to be "Your Portrait" Everyone needs great pictures of themselves for your Blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc. We are going to teach you how to take great portraits and plan on practicing at the meeting! We are going to have a 15 minute training on SmugMug. Then our very own Andie Smith will give you a quick presentation on taking great portraits.
