Additionally, coyotes have been seen recently in Highlands West just to our north so that could possibly be the culprit. Please be aware and make every effort to keep your pets safe.
The city of Dallas unveiled the first version of the 2011 Dallas Bike Plan on Thursday night.
About 200 people attended a meeting at City Hall to hear an update on the plan, which would revamp the city's network of bike paths.
