We’re excited to share that 5600 Headquarters was named Capital Improvement Project of the Year at the CoreNet North Texas Awards Gala! Congratulations to the incredible team who brought this transformation to life.
Originally a dated single-tenant campus, 5600 Headquarters underwent a complete transformation into a multi-tenant workplace focused on flexibility, comfort, and tenant experience. GFF reimagined the building with a contemporary exterior, a central café and conference center, a glass-wrapped fitness facility, and inviting outdoor amenities. The lobby and infrastructure were reconfigured to enhance visibility and usability, giving the building a renewed architectural identity tailored to today’s tenants.

We are excited to share that Village at the Gateway was named “Best Retail Project of the Year” in D CEO Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Awards 2025!
Located at the intersection of I-80 and Gateway Boulevard, The Village at Gateway is bringing a new experience to Forney. Anchored by Target, HEB, and Home Depot, Phase 1 includes over 375,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, plus a multifamily component. Future phases may add hotel, hospital, medical office, and entertainment uses. The design features an “ag-modern” look with smooth stucco, burnished block, wood siding, and standing seam metal roofs. Trellis-covered patios between buildings create inviting gathering spaces, and the pitched roof forms boost visibility from the highway.

We’re honored that Hasley Chapel at St. Andrew Methodist Church has been recognized with a 2024 Faith & Form Award for Religious Architecture.
GFF developed a long-term master plan for St. Andrew’s campus, which included a stand-alone chapel designed as “a chapel in the woods.” Nestled among trees overlooking a creek and pond, Hasley Chapel reflects the legacy of founding pastor Rev. Robert Hasley and provides an intimate space for worship, weddings, and community gatherings. The A-frame structure, supported by exposed wood trusses, incorporates natural materials like wood and stone to create a warm, seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape.

We are excited to share that the Halperin Family’s 2615 Oak Lawn mixed-use project that GFF has designed received unanimous support from the Oak Lawn Committee earlier this month, which is a key step in bringing this project to life through a zoning change.
This quality focused redevelopment will be a key Oak Lawn gateway project, featuring a 24-story residential tower, upscale restaurants with rooftop terraces, and ground floor street facing units with entry stoops, designed with an eye towards enhancing walkability in the neighborhood.
