Week 5: Day 2 (LIIFT4): Back & Bis
Here is a pic of the guns and my retirement freedom beard. Good workout this morning. All Lift and no HIIT, but I am still sweating. Watched a video recently about how our body expels fat. There are two ways, liquid or gas. So you can probably guess the liquid (sweat, urine, and poo- extra if you run til you 🤮). Gas is the type you pass, but predominately your breathing. The where you expel CO2. Cardio makes us breath more and there expels more gas. So if we feed more trees we are losing weight, provided are not refilling those reserves with more food. So balanced diet, sweat, and hard breathing.
Stay after your goals and know that God the Father loves you and Jesus loves you enough to take His last breath with you in mind.

Week 5: Day 1- Chest & Tris
I am back at it after almost a month down with the Flu and Back aches. It felt great to be working out again. If you have to stop, be brave and start again.

Thanks to everyone that follows my workouts. The last couple of weeks have been tough. The family came down with the flu. My back was aggravated and I have not worked out in a couple of weeks. I am hoping to get after it starting on the 10th of March. I will pick up where I left off. Week 5 of LIIFT4. Only 4 more weeks, then on to another program. Any suggestions. I am operating with limited equipment, so please keep that in mind.

Week 3: Day 1- Chest & Tris (LIIFT4)
Well Lucas and I increased our weight and pushed ourselves with some HIIT after our weights. We are smoked. What a great way to kick off the work week. Our week always starts with our Father in Heaven on Sunday. He gets our first fruit. Have blessed week and give the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all the glory in everything you do.

Week 2: Day 2- Back/Bis (LIIFT4)
Another workout in the books. Biceps were screaming today. Pushed the weight and and finished with abs. Remember you can do abs everyday. So it is included on all four days.
So I have really been thinking a lot about how my walk with Christ relates to my political views lately. Remember charity is not given by government. Charity is given from the heart. If the government is taking your money it is not the same. We are to love others but not at the expense of the Truth. We can tell someone the truth and still love them. I do not have to agree with your life choices to love you.
Anyway, as for me and my house we will serve the Lord (Jesus) and continue to love even our enemies.

Week 1: Day 4 (LIIFT4) Leg Day
Today Lucas and I are out of sync. He fell asleep on the chair, and I did not see him. When he woke up I was done with the workout. He is out here now doing it on his own. I am so proud of him. He is really pushing himself. Sandles of Peace is the part of the Armor of God that I equate to leg day. These are focused on our foundation. Let the Peace of the Lord be your foundation.

Week 1: LIIFT4-Shoulders
Lucas and I started our next workout routine. We are on our third day of this program. We are really getting the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) this time around. More cardio with the workout, which means more heart. Remember to get up and do something, and always do it to the glory of God.

Week 8: Shoulders & Arms (LIIFT4)
Lucas and I crushed our last LIIFT4 workout. This our 3rd workout this week. We will complete our 8 week hybrid tomorrow with Body Beast. Then next week we start LIIFT4 from the beginning. I am so glad to have my son on this journey with me. It is great to see him get stronger with each workout. Thank you for following our updates, and I will keep them coming.

Week 7: Full Body HIIT (LIIFT4)
Another week complete. Next week is week 8, the final week of this hybrid workout of Body Beast and LIIFT4. My weight has fluctuated all over the place, but I am definitely strong than I was. If you have questions, please message me. I am grateful to my Lord and Savior for the air in my lungs and the desire to worship Him through all aspects of my life.

Week 7: Shoulders & Arms (Body Beast: AWOHL)
This is the 3rd workout this week. Lucas and I worked really hard. The garage gym was a bit cold but the mini heaters helped. We both pushed through. We only have 1 more week of this hybrid. Any thoughts on our next workout. Needs to be a Beachbody program. Preferably hand weights and pull up bar or body weight workouts. Not looking to get new equipment. Thank you for following. Week 6: Shoulders (LIIFT4)
Today Rebekah join me and Lucas for our workout. For some of the exercises she only used her arms as weight. She jumped right in and worked hard. I am proud of her. Lucas is continuing to up his weight and push himself. I increased my weight as well. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Lucas and I are at again. I love the Beachbody products. Body Beast and LIIFT4 are great programs for building muscle. I am also enjoying the morning routine with the boy. I am truly blessed and look forward to continuing this into the new year.
