This starts with them understanding who they are as a person and what career path will make them happy adults. If they start here, the students then choose a more aligned major, have more focus and confidence, and appreciation for their college education. And as a result, do better, enjoy their time more and have a more purposeful experience! I help students create a career path based on their interests and one that takes advantage of their talents so they can go to college with confidence. Then we let college do what it’s supposed to do, expose them to more targeted opportunities to help them work towards their first big kid job.
