I am soooo proud of my client, in 12 weeks we were able to set in place habits that are sustainable for her busy lifestyle! Down 9 lbs without hitting the gym, solely focused on nutrition, sleep, movement, water intake and stress!

“At the start of the coaching process, I thought I only needed support with accountability because I thought I knew what I needed to do to lose weight. I had gone through a similar macro counting program in previous years and of course the famous Keto and Paleo diets which were strict and temporary. In the past year I had struggled with losing 30 extra pounds gained with pregnancy. I lost 5 lbs in January of this year and could not lose any more but Ruby came in the process and began by analyzing my daily routine and behaviors. I liked that she listened to my concerns and began to make small goals for me each week.
