When I find myself thinking circles around something, either 1) I don’t have enough information to make a decision and I need to wait. Or B) I just need to choose something and trust that it will align.

In either scenario, you choose what you’ll do (wait or act) versus choosing to keep allowing the thought to run a marathon around your mind.

In either case, TRUST is the remedy. “I trust that if I wait, the answer will arrive”… “I trust that if I move, all will align”
