Hi! I'm Laura Prentice and I serve women and girls as a cycle and Fertility Awareness Educator. I am a cycle educator and I teach Fertility Awareness.

I work with women and girls who want to deeply connect with their bodies but feel nervous about how to do that. I give you the tools to feel a sense of ease and peace around your fertility, health, and pregnancy choices. Beldam Fertility Awareness is my women's program to learn how to prevent or achieve pregnancy without pharmaceutical birth control. The Beldam Girls Program helps teen and pr***en girls (age 9 to 18) understand their cycles and build confidence.

North TX women! Come share your stories and get support for health issues you’re still struggling with!

What is German New Medicine?
German New Medicine (GNM) is a new paradigm of understanding health and illness. It’s sees health symptoms as manifestations of the body’s healing process and as messages of what our bodies are trying to tell us. If we can learn to listen to these messages, we can release a lot of fear around the symptoms we experience!

German New Medicine Women’s Circle
This circle will be a space to share stories of past healing through GNM and discuss what symptoms we are dealing with currently. We will support each other with ideas to resolve our conflicts (GNM term for mini-traumas that cause biological responses) because sometimes it’s helpful to get an outside perspective! This isn’t an educational workshop but rather a discussion-based circle. All levels of GNM understanding are very welcome, but if you’d like to learn more, I recommend checking out or (they both have podcasts!).

Women only! Babies in arms welcome but no kids or toddlers. DM for address.

I’m Laura. I started a women’s circle in my community because I wanted to be surrounded by wise women when I started having kids. Well, I haven’t started reproducing yet, but I’ve received so much more than I anticipated from this circle! The women in it have become my closest friends and biggest supporters. We ended up starting a women’s festival together! We gather for potlucks and, most recently, tea parties, and are always growing (both in numbers and on our own personal journeys). 10/10 would recommend joining a women’s circle if one exists where you live. And if it doesn’t, why not start one?

Ways to find like-minded women in your community:

Go to events that sound interesting to you! You can find lots by searching specific keywords on sites like eventbrite and meetup (even facebook!). You can try terms like “holistic women” or “spiritual event” or “nature/earth.” These sites are great ways to find things to do, and, by extension, women you connect with.

Start your own thing and share it on one of these sites! Eventbrite is free to use if your event is free and facebook is free too. Even if you start out small, over time, you will reach the right women.

My self-paced online course, Holding Space, is on sale until September 30th! Save $60 and start your journey to creating a beautiful community of women right where you live. (Link in bio)

How do you find like-minded women? How do you keep the conversation moving? How do you build a vibrant women’s community in your city or town?

Holding Space was created to answer all of these questions and more.

If you crave support and community with women like you and feel like you just don’t know how to find your tribe, Holding Space is for you.

Every one of us can hold space for other women and also find support in women’s circles.

I know I’ve gained so much from the women’s circles I’ve been part of!

It can feel daunting to get started, but it’s actually really simple once you have the right tools!
