Public Service Announcement:
Dear Fruit Babes,
As I revamp some things in preparation for squeezing orders back into the routine, please understand that the cost of fruit (well, everything!) has increased drastically.
For those planning to order special occasion arrangements, please understand this, the rate will include:
- the cost of the fruit need to dress your arrangement,
- the supplies needed,
- AND a service fee.
Please prepare your mind and budget accordingly if adding fruit to your menu and that’s whether you order from me or not. Respectfully.
For example, fruit for any size tray serving up to 30-50 guest will cost about $75-$85+, supplies needed could cost up to $75+, I’ll just say $30 for a service fee (gas, time, lights, water, things needed to clean and store fruit, etc). Almost $200 for ONE (fresh, I must add) ORDER!
This is why I have slowed down. The cost of healthy food is ridiculous. Honestly, my “love” for y’all has cost me greatly! With what I charge, I never see a profit, all loss. No complaints tho! Just, respectfully and unapologetically, all rates will be firmly included moving forward unless I decide otherwise.
