If you seem to be confused, feeling hopeless, doubtful or unable to see past your current circumstances this is the time to pray, self reflect, change your negative thoughts, feelings and energy that is keeping you stagnant or feeling empty and ask yourself why? Why am I feeling this way? When did this start happening? Who was I around or is it just me? Process, Eliminate and Stay Focused

Be still for a moment, silence your thoughts and start speaking life, positive words and start writing down how you need to move, think and take action differently towards a brighter day, tomorrow and future.

Finally your life is a God given gift to you and others so live life to your fullest potential whatever that looks like for you in a positive, nontoxic and safe manner at the end of it all it will be how you impacted your love ones, friends, community and others that last a lifetime. “Legacy”

Go on dates as often as possible with one another (talk a little, laugh a lot and so appreciation towards each other)

On those days where test and trails come remember team work makes the dream work “it’s true in marriage too” pray and give space but don’t stay frustrated or upset long….

Do not go to bed mad at one another for no one knows the time someone is called home to their Heavenly place. So be intentional about the love and covenant you share with the gift of a spouse

Self Care is a must for both of you and a must do so never underestimate taking care of yourself and taking that time to pamper yourself mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Pray daily for the covering over yourselves, marriage, finances, health, safety and families.

Lastly enjoy life together, live and love🫶🏾
