3. Finish -- It is important to Finish what you start. It could take a day or a year but you must finish what you started
4. Fun -- You must enjoy the process. Enjoyment of the process will fuel your faith, maintain your focus and help see you through to the Finish.

I call this the Four F's Transformation Framework.
