I have my Bachelors Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and in a past life (before marriage and babies) I was a high school Home Ec teacher. I love helping people love their spaces again!!! We aren’t quite finished but this was a great start. My client found it much easier to purge if she was removed from the space. If you are feeling, overwhelmed or stressed by clutter, sometimes it can be easier to sort and purge one box or bin at a time. Remove it from the space that is bothering you to a more neutral territory. This gives your brain/anxiety a chance to relax!
