Being a mom is crazy and lovely and huge. It’s legitimately one of my favorite things. One of my chickens isn’t home this Mother’s Day. It’s hard when they start to leave. But I’m so so grateful that I get to be the one they come back to.

How do you feel abt cosleeping/roomsharing?

We were not consistent cosleepers. I could not sleep well with a baby on me. It stressed me out and made me feel touched out. Did I fall asleep holding my babies in bed sometimes? Yep. I surely did. But mostly I wanted them in their own space.

And you know what? My kids and I have an amazing bond. Like incredible.

I have a friend whose kids slept in their bed almost every night until they were 13! It worked for them! And you know what? They have an amazing bond with their kids.

Most of the time people want the help of a sleep consultant it’s because cosleeping is no longer working but they feel stuck. I’m very very good at helping parents transition their babies to their own beds.

Some of the most successful families I have ever worked with our families transitioning out of the swaddle and going through the four month sleep regression.

They normally happen right about the same time and send the entire family into a total tailspin.

Thankfully, I have amazing tips and tricks available for you on the blog and if you decide that you need someone every step of the way to answer your questions so you’re not up googling things at 3 AM or pacing around the house with a baby who hates his new sleep sack you can just call me and we will take care of it!

🚨 Baby Sleep Myths… DEBUNKED! 🚨

There’s so much misinformation about baby sleep, and you guys it’s one of my pet peeves. Here are three common myths parents hear ALL the time:

❌ “Keeping baby up later will help them sleep in.”
✅ Actually, overtired babies wake earlier and sleep worse. An earlier bedtime is often the key to better sleep!

❌ “Babies will sleep when they’re tired.”
✅ Not always! An overtired baby can struggle to fall and stay asleep. Knowing what sleep schedule is age appropriate for your baby is a life saver.

❌ “Adding rice cereal to a bottle will help baby sleep longer.”
✅ There’s no science behind this one! Theres no reason to rush solids! Yes full tummies impact sleep but sleep is a function of the brain not the gut. A strong sleep foundation is the real solution.

Pinpoint Coaching-
30 minute call to troubleshoot a specific issue (ex early morning wake ups, short naps, recovering from travel)
45 minute call plus a 15 minute follow up 1 week later to make sure you’re making progress

Private Coaching-

🎄✨ Holiday Travel + Happy Sleep = Possible? YES! ✨🎄

The holiday season is magical with little ones, but it can also throw their sleep routine for a loop. Traveling, new environments, and overstimulation can make sleep tricky, but don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! 🍼💤

👉 Top Tips for Keeping Sleep on Track:
1️⃣ Plan for quiet time to help reset from all the excitement.
2️⃣ Watch for sleep cues like yawning or rubbing eyes—timing is everything! ⏰
3️⃣ Stick to a loose nap/bedtime routine, even when on the go.
4️⃣ Avoid starting new habits, like cosleeping, unless it’s part of your usual routine.
