Freedom is found when you allow he who created you to show you how you have been made. In every life choice and moment, design and purpose are speaking and driving. Unmet needs, fear, lies distort our design and result in unhealthy choices, but understanding the heart that believed a lie or was afraid produces compassion, grace, mercy, forgiveness, and freedom not shame and condemnation. Behind every facade is a heart that’s reaching for love and freedom and truth. Look for it in your own self and journey and in others.

“For you are Gods masterpiece created in Christ Jesus to do good works that we’re prepared in advance for you to do!” Ephesians 2:10

My friends photos of me made me feel and see that sculpted masterpiece that I am. Reminding me of the intentional hand crafted perfection I am. Sometimes we have to see through another’s eyes to see ourselves more clearly as we truly are. But regardless of what you see in the mirror, you ARE Gods masterpiece—the opposite of junk. You were made by his hand. With a purpose for a purpose.

Each work of art is unique and uniquely beautiful and valued differently by beholders but equally by the creator.

You are loved!

How you see yourself will be the ceiling for what you become and allow God to do through you!

You were chosen by God for God, His plans and purposes for you are greater than you could ever formulate for yourself.

How many times has one conversation changed your life? One thing that person said has stuck with you for the rest of your life and changed some part of your life!

Sometimes all we need is someone with no agenda except our highest good to look and listen with their heart and spirit and speak truth to the areas where we are stuck or in pain.

For years, my greatest joy has been doing exactly that. God says that rivers of living water flow from our belly (the center point for our spirit flow) and my experience has been that when someone is in front of me, the gifts of counsel and wisdom and encouragement get activated and up comes whatever it is that person needs in that moment.

Walking by the spirit isn't a formula. It's not premeditated or scripted. Our situations and lives and hearts are unique and so is the wisdom and truth and encouragement we need at any one moment.

Whats the conversation you need to have?
What's the pain you need someone to love on?
What's the area you need to hear truth and encouragement to lighten your load or bring freedom?

I've reached the age where my peers have kids and of course they desire to have good influences in the lives of their kids, but we all know that parents aren't the only influence happening to youth. Even strangers I run into want me to meet with and talk to their kids. Parents want Influences that help them mature and be confident and successful and spiritually and emotionally healthy, as well. I find parents, especially singe parents, are asking and wanting me to meet with and coach their kids because youth today need a safe place to connect and be seen and heard and influenced by something other than the culture they consume on their devices all day. Mental health needs are only getting greater! We adults are not exempt from this need, either! We all need safe places to process and regroup and even grow and heal! That's always been one of my gifts.

At the intersection of pastoring and counseling, you find me--a spirit led, heart intelligent, coach, heart warrior and encourager with the gifts of a counselor and pastor that I can trace all the way back through school and college and beyond.

From my years in the entertainment and talent industry as a model, spokesmodel, scout and coach, I was fully aware that God gave me the outside appearance as a means to open the door to reach people who might not otherwise care about what I have to say. Appearance is a gift like any other, and gifts have purpose. Mine just gave me access to a different sphere of people.

My experience is that my youthful and model appearance gave me access to the attention and interest of youth in my coaching classes so that my words sank a bit deeper. We all know we invite influence from people for all sorts of surface reasons, and appearance is definitely one of them! Hello, social media! My looks opened a door, but what they got was what God had put within me. That's still true, today.

We were never made to do this alone. Gifts of counsel and encouragement were given because God knew we would need them!

God has given me my experiences in life and the world so that I can be a “Father” and Coach. I'm definitely not perfect, but I do endeavor to run my race well and to use what God has given me to its fullest to help others do the same.
