Where is your energy going to flow today? Our days are filled ~ SO filled, with distractions. Some are tossed into our laps & others are self-imposed, ie. social media drains. All of them steal bits of our focus & flow.
If we are mindful throughout the day & stay on a path that brings value to our time, we have such a greater sense of fulfillment. It may sound like being so time focused would feel restrictive, but in reality it’s quite freeing. When we have a handle on our time and get goals knocked out, the amount of time that we have for other parts of our lives becomes more abundant & much less stressed.

Do you have a goal that you're working on right now? Moving just 1% closer toward it today, makes more of a difference than you may think.
It could be a health/wellness goal, a career goal or a relationship goal. How close do you believe you are to achieving it? And how are you determining "close?"
Most of us view reaching our goals through a really narrow lens. For instance, until we think we are super close to making a goal happen, we don't even count the successes that we've had along the way.
If we are having ANY movement between do nothing and doing something, we’re reaching mini goals. That’s a big deal.
Going from a 0 to simply a 1 in keeping a commitment to ourselves or working toward a goal is growth, and we need to recognize & appreciate it.
Those 1%'s add up and if we stay on track and keep consistent focus, we’re getting closer to our finish lines every day.
The hardest step to take is the one that gets us started at overcoming a space of doing nothing. Once we can push ourselves through that, and get to step 1, we’ve begun to change our trajectory & start down a positive path that propels us forward.
