Cooking Lab Day! The kids favorite day of the month. We made Lemon Pepper Chicken. Get ready Parents, their grade is contingent on them shopping, preparing and cleaning up this recipe for YOU during spring break. The last photo is the carnage from bellies that are too full!

CHS Senior class paired with Braves Next today to assemble blankets for children in need with help from Regina Forthman with Project Linus. Thank you for teaching our Braves, service before self.

Lessons Learned-
1. Don’t let boys play with flour.
2.It is not necessary to use all of your strength to roll out cookie dough.
3.A mouth full of sprinkles does not taste good.
4. It is more fun (and cost effective) to make your own cookies.

Compare and Contrast. Braves Next students compared the price of boxed pizza mix vs. restaurant made pizza for pick up. 12” cheese pizza, box made $3.58, restaurants pick up $9.73. Don’t worry, the students ate their research! Tasty lesson!
