I was up half the night last night thinking about what someone would need to understand first to really be fully independent in their cello learning. I realized that students need to understand a few things: half and whole steps, how scales and the circle of fifths work, and 1st to 4th position.

I just recently adopted a dog (named Odin!), and it turns out he thinks my cello is a toy, so recording is much more difficult. I will find the best time and place to record so I can help anyone who wants to learn cello at their own pace and own time!
