This weekend was the beginning of an exciting partnership with the UCLA Esports organization. Here are a few candid shots from my 1st leadership workshop with the team’s leaders and executives.
In our workshop, we focused on:
- Defining a vision for the organization
- Becoming more process-driven, less results-oriented
- ID’ing the behaviors we want to exemplify UCLA Esports
- Having an honest conversation about where we are now + current challenges we are facing

In this leadership workshop series, I am partnering with the leaders of the UCLA Esports organization to help them build a sustainable framework and culture for their organization. College Esports is in the beginning stages of growth and it is a really exciting time for these young leaders to build something special for the future students and fans of Esports within the college ranks.
