We hosted our final substitute orientation for the 2025-2026 school year, officially closing out another impactful year of supporting students, campuses, and classrooms across Lancaster ISD. 🍎✨

But don’t worry. We are already gearing up for the 2026-2027 school year and looking for dynamic, dependable individuals ready to make a difference as substitute teachers.

Looking for flexible work and extra income? Becoming a substitute may be the perfect opportunity for you. You choose your schedule, select the days you want to work, and earn great supplemental income while helping shape the future of our students. 📚

To qualify, applicants must:
✔️ Be at least 21 years old
✔️ Have a minimum of 30 college hours
✔️ Be able to successfully pass a background check
