During this winter storm I’ve experienced so much peace within. I didn’t put any pressure on myself to deliver things that are not in alignment with what I’m being lead to do. I recognize when my guidance system has taken over vs fear, societal expectations, and outdated patterns/habits to produce.
When I’m operating out of fear and outdated patterns it’s usually a mindless act that happens because I’m in auto-pilot. I have no awareness for the present moment.
When it’s my guidance system(intuition), I can feel it in my body(2nd brain in my stomach) which brings me into awareness of the present moment.
I’ve been extremely creative the last few days locked away in the house. I’m so excited for the journey ahead.
