Welcome to I Am BudHERfly Mentoring & Coaching Services. I am Esiah Allen, the mentor and life coach for I Am BudHERfly! 🦋 You may ask, what does BudHERfly represent? And to that, I say, great question!! As you continue to read further in this section, you will find "BudHERfly" clearly defined!

To further introduce myself, I will begin with my personal and professional experience which includes me working with children and teens within my own family, church youth ministries, and professionally as a doctorally prepared mental health nurse practitioner. Essentially, I have been mentoring, coaching, and serving individuals for over 20 years in many different capacities. Yes, I have worked with individuals of all ages. And my desire has always been to encourage and motivate others to overcome struggles and obstacles that life inevitably brings, so that they may experience hope and see a brighter day!

However, I am particularly passionate about working with girls, especially tweens and teens, understanding that these age groups face the greatest pressures and challenges of childhood. Having daughters of my own (youngest 10, oldest 21), I know all too well the challenges that girls and women face throughout life. Therefore, utilizing my own personal life experiences (from childhood to adulthood, struggles and accomplishments), as well as my educational training and work experiences, I am prepared to help elevate your jewel to her next level. As she identifies and acknowledges her areas of weakness and strength, sets goals for improvement, and allows me as her coach and mentor to hold her accountable throughout the process, I will work diligently to inspire, motivate, encourage and empower her to achieve those goals!

Many parents have difficulty connecting with their child, and likewise, many children can probably say that they have difficulty communicating with and relating to their parents. Mentoring and personal coaching services can help bridge this gap, all while helping the child develop in the areas that they are struggling the most. Using the skills developed and wisdom gained from coaching and mentorship, my clients are empowered to navigate through life now and moving forward.

The services provided through I Am BudHERfly are for tweens and teens ages 9-18 years old. There are also future plans to offer our services to young adult women, as well! It is my sincerest goal for each girl to leave this experience believing that she is "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalms 139:14) and knowing that she is indeed
