🍪 Oreo Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
• 20 Oreo cookies (crushed)
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
• Extra Oreos (for topping)
Procedure:
1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into a base.
2. Freeze base for 10 minutes.
3. Mix ice cream with whipped cream and condensed milk.
4. Spread over base and drizzle chocolate syrup.
5. Freeze until firm and top with extra Oreos.
🍫 Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 cup brownies (crumbled)
• 1.5 cups chocolate ice cream
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp chocolate chips
• Brownie pieces (for topping)
Procedure:
1. Press crumbled brownies into a base layer.
2. Mix ice cream with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
3. Spread mixture over brownie base.
4. Add chocolate chips and syrup.
5. Freeze and decorate with brownie pieces.

Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups mango ice cream

1. Mix biscuits with butter and press into base.

French Fries
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for deep frying
Procedure:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into strips.
2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry.
3. Toss with cornstarch and spices.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
5. Drain and serve hot.
🟡 Potato Balls
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp chopped green onions
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients into mashed potatoes.
2. Shape into small balls.
3. Fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with sauce.
🥟 Potato Samosa
Ingredients:
• 3 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/2 cup peas
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp salt
• Samosa wrappers
• Oil for frying
Procedure:
1. Cook onion, cumin, and ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add potatoes and peas, mix well.
3. Fill mixture into wrappers and seal.
4. Deep fry until crispy and golden.
🍠 Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
Procedure:
1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Toss with oil and spices.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes.
4. Serve crispy wedges.

Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp salt
• Oil for shallow frying
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients into mashed potatoes.
2. Shape into flat patties.
3. Shallow fry until golden on both sides.
4. Serve hot with chutney.

Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp paprika

• Instant yeast – 1 tsp (3g)
• Sugar – 1 tsp (5g)
• Salt – 1 tsp (5g)
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp (30ml)
• Warm water – 1 cup (240ml)
Instructions:
1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit 5 mins until foamy.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix to form a dough.
3. Knead 8–10 mins until smooth and soft.
4. Lightly oil dough, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
5. Refrigerator (2–3 days): Divide into portions, place in airtight containers, lightly oil.
6. Freezer (up to 1 month): Wrap tightly in plastic or zip bag after first rise.
7. Before Using: Thaw overnight if frozen and let sit 30 mins at room temp before rolling.
