This Black Breastfeeding Week, we’re honoring the real, powerful stories of Black mothers. 🤎

Breastfeeding can be beautiful, but it can also come with challenges—physical, emotional, and practical. From navigating limited support to overcoming personal obstacles, no mother should have to do it alone.

In this video, one of my clients shares her own honest experience in her own words. Her story is a reminder that with the right education, encouragement, community, and care, breastfeeding support can make a meaningful difference.

To every Black mother on her feeding journey: you deserve to be seen, heard, supported, and celebrated. 🖤
