Something I have noticed with my own lifting but with my clients as well is that sometimes we rush through that warmup weight. STOP THAT! Making light weight feel heavy is about the ex*****on and intent of the exercise. Where you can really focus on the mind to muscle connection and the form ex*****on. When the lighter loads feel still feel like a challenge heavier weight moves better, feels 10x more stable, and places stress on the correct muscles and body parts, we all hate the in the back feeling.
Stop ego lifting and focus on your form first! Yes it is cool to RDL 150+ lbs & hip thrust a small elephant but it is also cool to control the movement and really feel it where you are intended too!

New Year. New Habits.
2025 I developed discipline, consistency, and routine. Dedicated my life to my second season of bodybuilding. Sometimes when it’s all gas we forget how important recovery is for our growth! 2026 is the year to seriously focus on my recovery. I have ALWAYS loved a good cold plunge. Not just for the physical benefits but more for the psychological benefits. Mind over Matter every time! Thank you for this incredible personal cold bath! 🛁

Why Reverse Diet is so Important 🤍⬇️ Honestly.
Same weight. Same time of year. Same point in post-season. Two completely different women. 🔥 Here’s Why!
📸 Right: I was battling a full-blown binge eating disorder. I had no control over my mind or body. I never said no to a night out and I hated what I saw in the mirror every day. I felt completely lost.
📸 Left: I took back control. Stuck to my reverse plan, prioritized whole foods, kept alcohol to a minimum, and most importantly put my mental health first. The woman on the right wouldn’t have survived the life events the woman on the left had to endure during this reverse.
Post season is hard. If someone tells you their first post-show reverse was perfect—great for them—but this is the side of bodybuilding people don’t talk about enough. The emotional rollercoaster. The mental battles. The body dysmorphia that still creeps in, even now.
But I’m learning to love every version of myself. Because that’s the only way I continue to grow mentally, physically, emotionally. Life’s been heavy lately, but keeping my goals top of mind and protecting my peace has changed everything. Not just in bodybuilding but in my life overall.
Still chasing that pro card. 🔥 This is the beginning!
