This extra special class was dedicated to My Mom. Our first one back after 4 months, in honor of what would have been her 64th birthday. 💜
My students have been so supportive and patient and now we are ready to get back to it! Can’t wait to have our KANGOO KARDIO family back together. We are constantly adding new members to our tribe so don’t ever feel intimidated to come check it out! ALL levels welcome.

A glimpse of our class, firing it up on a Sat. morning! We had a few peeps earn their 5+ class reward. Major shoutouts to who took her 1st class while in town from Israel! And , who participated in her first class - and nailed it - with ! Great job to everyone! We have several so close to earning to earning their 1st reward. See you soon!

Great class yesterday ! It was an extra toasty one but the energy was brought and the calories were crushed! We had lots of fun with great music! Extra loud shoutouts to our first timers who kept up so well and and this was certainly not an easy “1st class!”

I’m fairly certain the majority of this class had some unfavorable language they were silently giving me during this (extra) toasty 80° class that was only supposed to a cloudy 75. 😬🤷🏻‍♀️ Oddly enough, every single one of them nailed this entire routine so I think there was something to be said for the forced Vitamin D afterall! You’re welcome! 😘 You all did incredibly well! 🔥

Saturday morning crew killing their routine! It is almost never that I will throw a turn into a routine with 1st and 2nd timers but these overachievers proved they were qualified and ready for the challenge! Outstanding job to EVERYONE. Extra shoutouts to our brand new family members, and , who all did exceptionally well! AND, for the first time ever, we had a 3-GENERATION squad attend class today!
