The “Dream Gap” represents the space between the boundless imagination of young girls and the realization of their full potential. It’s not a gap created by lack of ability, but by the limitations society imposes on them. The Barbie Dream Gap Project is dedicated to closing this gap. It aims to empower young girls by challenging gender stereotypes, raising awareness about unconscious biases, and encouraging them to dream without limits.
