Keep dreaming and doing the work to discover who you are and what energizes you, what fills your heart with joy, what gives you purpose.

Had a great time with friends watching Jersey Boys last night! I absolutely love musical theater! Great music, fun times, and friends are like medicine for the soul!

During this crazy time we're living today, don't forget to nourish your soul with the things that bring you joy! Be mindful of opportunities that can pull you out of weak mindsets. I was at coffee shop meeting with a friend this week and she told me that she downloaded Noom as part of her New Year’s resolution to lose weight.

Then she told me she’s gained 3 pounds since!

I laughed out loud in familiar recognition. I can’t tell you how many times I've set a New Year’s resolution that I forgot out about a few weeks in.

Merry Christmas from our house to yours!

Christmas looks different for folks depending on your stage of life. To some, Christmas is filled with joy. To others, filled with sorrow and pain. Some of us have family and some have had to create their own with friends.

Know that whatever stage of life you're in, you are known and loved by God. He chose to come to earth as a human and live life like us with all it's ups and downs, celebrations and struggles, triumphs and defeats, joys and griefs. He knows what you're going through and He created you with an incredible purpose. You are loved beyond measure. I hope you feel God's love for you and are filled with infinite peace this Christmas as we celebrate the birth of Jesus and the sacrifice He would ultimately make so that we could live forever with Him in paradise. What an incredible gift!

Yes, yes, yes!!! Fantastic truth! I say this all the time! Developing relationship skills is just like working out at the gym. It's impossible to grow without putting in the time and the work required, but when you keep it up, you'll be transformed over time into a much better version of yourself.

Don't accept your weaknesses in relationships as just the way you are and will always be. Press in and work on those areas. You'll be amazed at the results! And your relationships will thrive as well!
