I can't recommend this program enough. From starting in open groups, learning to peel back the layers and build trust, and finally begin the year long commitment with a closed group, it is so great to be here. I will always be grateful to this program. The leaders are so dedicated and committed to each person, each week, each prayer, each day of the program. I have truly felt a sense of compassion, grace, integrity, confidence, and love from my group of gals, who will always be there for me. This is exactly what my spiritual life was missing. A chance to not be performative, not have to save face, just place it all on the altar, let God be in control and do His best work.
There is a place where you can refresh yourself, build new relationships, find freedom from trauma, or even recover from addiction or habits/harmful thinking.
I came for anxiety, people pleasing, low self worth, and past trauma, among other things. I can happily say this:
I have a new life in Christ, He sustains me, now and forever. I don't have to carry this on my own.
This program does not require you to be Christian to participate, (I am Messianic for example),but do keep in mind it is Christian based counseling system. Locations are all over the country, so give it a look see. Be Blessed!🙏
