Those are the words of rap artist Lil Wayne. Art celebrates one person’s differences and makes them accessible to the world. Acrylic on canvas provides the medium for Jordan Luckow to express his uniqueness to the world. Jordan always knew he saw the world around him in a unique way, but he didn’t see it as artistic talent until his high s

chool art teacher viewed his self-portrait. While others portrayed themselves with nude skin tones and natural colors, Jordan painted himself with vibrant red skin, royal blue hair, and lime green for his neck. Jordan’s instinctive use of colors expressed the unconventional way he perceived himself. The more art he created, the more Jordan discovered his passion for the unpredictable. If the viewer has been challenged by Jordan’s art to see something in a new way, then he has connected to his audience. A stroke of a brush on canvas is only the beginning of Jordan’s artistic expression. The art comes alive when someone views it and they begin to see the world in a nontraditional way. Although Jordan doesn’t set out for his art to be different, he does set out to be himself.

Merry Swiftmas!!!!

I had a client reach out for a commission piece, normally I’m reluctant with commissions because it’s usually a request for a realistic portrait of a pet or family member (that ain’t me). My client requested “Anything Taylor Swift” I responded “okay, but only if I can do what I want and my style” he said “You do you man, we love your stuff” - DEAL -
I began listening to some songs and I really felt one in particular. This is my interpretation of
“Don’t Blame Me”
