I've got this question a lot today so I felt the need to respond... The question I received is "Do you have a valentine? Why don't you?"

This year my response is different. Yes I have a valentine.. But it is myself. I love that person but he is not in my life. I don't have a special someone in this year, and I've learned that it's okay. Maybe not ideal, but okay . Valentine's Day for me has turned into a day of gratitude and Thanksgiving.

Yes, I have a love that is lost and it's my fault.

So this year self care is on my top priority of my Valentine's Day list. We so often neglect ourselves. When our soul is crying for attention... On this day let us tune in to our soul.
May you fulfill your heart's desire. As always I'm here if you need me.
