Hamilton Elementary PTO

As we close out the 2025–2026 school year, we wanted to share a small snapshot of the impact Hamilton PTO was able to make this year thanks to the support of our families, staff, sponsors, volunteers, and community.

From student events and field trips to classroom support, teacher appreciation, campus improvements, PE/art/music supplies, 5th grade celebrations, and so much more..every fundraiser, donation, membership, volunteer hour, and spirit wear purchase helped give back to our school in meaningful ways.

We are so thankful for a community that continues to support our students and staff year after year. Thank you for being part of it all and helping make Hamilton such a special place. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💙

A favorite Hamilton tradition each year is our 5th Grade Memory Book, a keepsake filled with photos, friendships, and memories from our students’ final elementary school year. ❤️

Thanks to the amazing support our PTO receives through fundraising, we are able to purchase and provide a memory book to every single 5th grader each year.

A very special thank you to Debbi Armel and 1Vision for helping bring this project to life year after year. Our PTO spends months gathering photos and designing pages, and Debbi beautifully formats and publishes the final books for our students and families.

We are so grateful for local businesses and community members who help make traditions like this possible for our kids. 💙🦁

Just a friendly reminder to please check the Lost & Found at Hamilton before the school year wraps up! There are SO many jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, hoodies, and other items waiting to be claimed.

Students AND parents are welcome to stop by and take a look through the items. You may be surprised at what’s in there! 😊

Anything left behind will be donated, so please be sure to check before the end of the year.

Our Fifth Graders had the time of their life today at Main Event for 5th Grade Day all thanks to Amy Loynes and our wonderful 5th Grade volunteers! Amy has been planning this day and making sure every detail was just right all year long. Thank you Amy for this amazing day!! And thank you to everyone who came to help make this day so special for our oldest lions. Our PTO loves this tradition of celebrating our 5th Grade graduates and treating them to one last big hoorah before Middle School!

Tomorrow’s Spirit Day will be dress like Mickey! Our KTO Auction winner was Frankie Renteria! Thank you to all the families who participated in our annual Kids Take Over Auction!!

Today we’re celebrating Susan as she officially “ages out” after an incredible 8 YEARS serving on the PTO Board!

Susan has served as both Treasurer and Secretary. She was also homeroom parent for Trey all the way from Kindergarten through 5th grade and created both memory books for Trey and Jacob’s 5th grade year. Susan has spent countless hours and so much heart giving her time to help make Hamilton special!

Susan, thank you for all the time, care, and hard work you’ve given to Hamilton over the years. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done and will miss you so much!

We cannot wait for the 5th grade students and parents to see the beautiful memory book created by Susan and Lauren Fernandez! ❤️❤️❤️

VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: Bethany McCabe

Bethany has a true servant’s heart and makes so many things happen quietly and seamlessly without ever asking for recognition. As our VP of Committee Management, she had a hand in every single event this year, helping and supporting each of our awesome committee chairs! She has served on our PTO board for five years and has also been a huge help to our Hospitality Committee. She is also this year’s chairperson of the 5th Grade Committee.

We are especially grateful for the countless hours she spent creating this year’s beautiful yearbook! Bethany, thank you for creating this treasured keepsake and for the millions of things you do, big and small. You truly make Hamilton a better place!!!

We can’t wait to see you there!
