In kinda a weird mood today. Maybe it’s the hurricane headed my way. Not a bad mood just kind of... goofy and life feels a not surreal.
Lots of early morning calls but managing to get my workouts in but not without my workout words!

Y’all, MBFA is some sweaty work!!
But I’m pushing myself every day. The only day I didn’t get the workout in before the sun came up this week was Tuesday. And let me tell you I was GRUMPY 😡 all day. Didn’t think about the relationship until the next day when to me it appeared as though for no apparent reason I was quite cheerful 😄
So yeah. I’m an addict 🤷♀️ you don’t wanna be around me if I don’t sweat out my inner brat before I see you 😂🤣

Got up at 4:30 this morning to kick my own b***y before my 6 am conference call. And oh boy, leg day on a Monday!
Ready to crush this day 💕 happy Monday!
I think one of the things I’m most pros of is even with a set back I’m not giving up.
Used to be if I got off track with my workouts or my food I would just let it derail me for weeks. But these days my motivation is so much stronger and comes from within so instead of thinking “oh I’m the worst I might as well not do my workout again today” I think “cool. You listened to your body and its needs. Now listen when it says time to move.”
Not sure I’m explaining it well😂
Short version - I’m super glad I got up and sweated today! 💕💪🏻

Ok, I’m just going to admit it - this is probably the health habit I’m the worst at. I know how good it is for you, and I can tell when I’m not getting enough. Oddly enough, not because I feel “dehydrated”, but because I get so tired and cranky!
So I’ve been in a constant battle to figure out new and better ways to drink more water. Which, as it turns out, is mostly just to set myself the goal and stick to it 😂
So, in the spirit of accountability being easier when you announce it, I’m putting it in writing. I commit to getting at least 64 oz of water in every day for the next week.
Someone check on me and make sure I recommit next week 😀

One of these days I will learn to take pictures where the food looks as good as it is 😂 I’m not much good at plating but oh boy my house smells good! And I’m excited for breakfast and lunch this week! Breakfast protein bowls, jerk chicken (pictured), and spicy shrimp bowls all ready to go 😍
It’s been a tough week in a lot of ways, and I let myself slip on some of the things that help to keep me level and allow my energy to be focused on the things that move me forward, but getting this done made me feel good, looking forward to a better week! 💕
