3 best tips to lose fat and maintain muscle💯
1. Caloric deficit: if you don’t track your calories and macros, probably you’re eating more than you need.. therefore you’re not losing fat and weight. Track your calories and keep a deficit between 300/500 calories a day. 📝
2. Strength training: doing just cardio if one of the worst ways to lose fat. In order to lose more fat and maintain muscle you should be focus on your strength training and keep progressive overload every week. 📝
3. Keep yourself active: I would recommend at least 10.000 steps a day to burn more calories and have a bigger deficit. 📝
