Grandparents and Grand Friends are invited to attend our special night on Thursday, September 10th, 2026, from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Please begin by meeting teachers in classrooms (until 6:05 PM). Afterward, please shop at our Book Fair (open late), enjoy light refreshments, try the playground, share in a family photo, and engage in hands-on fun, games, and activities. Northside Grandparents and Grand Friends Night is sponsored by Northside Parent-Teacher Organization and Harrison County Schools Title I.

First day of school information!

What a great turn out for our annual FRYSC Back to School Bash. We could not do it without all of our wonderful volunteers and vendors. Check them out in the pictures below. We had approximately 175 students come through today for online registration, underwear, socks, backpacks, shoes, hair cuts (Fonze Custard, Taryn Wilson and Erika Holland-Jones), physicals (provided by HMH), vision screenings (provided by the lions club), information on our Big Smiles dental program, information on the new HMH Hilltop Clinic, kynect, Dailey speech therapy, new vista, the Sadie Gaunce foundation as well as a local church sponsoring hygiene bags and our amazing Harrison County Cheerleaders who helped make it all happen so smoothly while entertaining the kiddos!

📚 Coming Soon: The HMH Hilltop Clinic! 🩺

Harrison Memorial Hospital is excited to announce the opening of The HMH Hilltop Clinic, a school-based health clinic serving Harrison County Schools students and staff.

Opening Thursday, August 13, the clinic will provide care for minor illnesses, sports physicals and more—all on the school campus.

Enrollment is now open for the 2026–2027 school year! Visit us at your Harrison County School's Open House to learn more, ask questions, and complete your enrollment before the first day of school.
