A Top College Reinstates the SAT 02/05/2024

Today, University announced that they would be reinstating the mandatory SAT/ACT admissions requirement that most colleges and universities in the United States suspended due to Covid. This will apply to the high school classes of 2025. An interesting finding from Dartmouth researchers was that low income students who did not submit their SAT or ACT score hurt their admissions chances by NOT submitting them because Dartmouth considers context and evaluated scores based on the life situation and the world each student comes from.
