Meetup #21 – Cupertino, November 4th

We had 70 participants today! Thank you all so much for coming! Our crowd included entrepreneurs, students, employees on international assignment, homemakers, CEOs, and more. We had people from many different nationalities, and all had a great time - as usual!

Our next event will be in mid-December.

We had 35 participants this time! Japanese people on study abroad and on business trips had a great chance to mingle with locals, and there were fascinating conversations happening from beginning to end. This time we tried something new for the 1-on-1 chats, and had people make pairs and small groups on their own - what did you think? 55 of you participated in our latest meetup!!

We had a great turnout and always want to facilitate as much cultural exchange between native Japanese speakers and English speakers as much as possible, but apologize if we weren't able to make that happen for you on this particular occasion.

Perhaps someone here in our Silicon Valley meetup can invent an app that will shuffle our participants to get perfect matches every time..?!

We welcomed 44 people to our latest event!
We met people from many different walks of life, including a well-known game designer and a number of musicians! Because our system allows even people with no Japanese (or no English) knowledge have fun while learning, it's a great opportunity for absolutely anyone who's interested. Not to mention the food... 300 pieces of takoyaki went like hotcakes! We're all looking forward to welcoming you again next time!
