Got to spend the weekend presenting at the CatholicPsych conference just outside of Boston. What an amazing program and wonderful people. Honored to get to know the legendary Dr. Paul Vitz! But a highlight was becoming best friends with Byzantine nun Mother Natalia!

Spanish Speaking Catholic Therapists!

I am pleased to announce that we have more options than ever for Spanish language counseling at Transfiguration Counseling and Coaching! We currently serve Georgia, New York, Texas, and California!

Kevin Sevcik, who recently joined our team, works out of St. Thomas More parish in Atlanta, GA. He also provides video counseling. He works with individuals of all ages (children to adults), couples, and families to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, and many other challenges. Kevin has a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and is a licensed associate professional counselor (LAPC) in the state of Georgia. We also have María Muñoz who works out of both Holy Spirit and Immaculate Heart of Mary parishes in Atlanta, GA. She has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University where she also teaches in their Spiritual Direction program.

Additionally, we have Dr. Pilar Castaneda, a marriage and family therapist who provides video counseling only. She has a doctorate from Syracuse University. She lives in Texas and can work with clients in Texas, California, and New York.
